All participants including Chairpersons, Speakers and Poster Presenters are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the Conference.



All fees are net of VAT

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation or presenting a poster can register as “Speaker/Chairman“,
co-authors are requested to register as “Participant”.

Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks & lunches from 08 February 2021 to 12 February 2021, 1 ticket for Traditionnal Dinner Buffet, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, Conference Proceedings.

In addition, “3AF New Member” rate include membership registration at the 3AF Association for one year.

= > Please be aware that the Traditionnal & Gala dinners are not included in the Student special rate.
Extrat tickets for those dinners can be purchased in addition during your online registration process.


Several events are organized during SP2020 Conference to encourage social networking:

> Traditionnal Dinner Buffet on Monday 08 February 2021
> Gala Dinner on Wednesday 10 February 2021
> Technical Visit on Friday 12 February 2021 (TBC)


COVID-19 SPECIFICATION: If the conference was to be postponed, all registrations will automatically be transfered to the new dates. If you prefer to cancel, you may do this at no cost up to 15 days prior to new conference dates.
In case of conference cancellation by the organizer, registrations will be refunded.

Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference (25 January 2021) and must be in writing.
At less than 15 days from the Conference, cancellation fee will apply for (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the Conference (08 February 2021) will be liable to the full registration fees.
